I've been wondering, too
I hope that those wonderful hubbys and their darling wives are feeling better every day.
And, Linda - how sweet of you to inquire when you have so much going on. I think it's that very reason that I appreciate this place so much - no matter what goes on in our own lives, we still hope, care and wish for each other.

My Den continues to make progress. We don't have to puree much anymore but we are still thickening the liqueids. His speech is better also. He is definitely improved. thank you for asking about him.
Hoping that Vicki gives us a good update also.

here -- which as it turns out - frustrating. Pete does have an appointment on Thursday back in Beverly Hills at 9:30 for further testing. Inflammation continues to be an issues - 8 different medications later and there seems to be minor relief.
I worried endlessly about Pete and his eye issues ..(hence the reason I am up at 3:30 a.m. out here in California) -- hoping and praying for some sort of relief, soon.
Again, Thank you Linda .. for asking

I will be keeping Pete and you in my prayers. What he is going through is very frightening? Hoping that you go from status quo to good progress. Funny about being up so late. I am often up at 3:30 in the morning also. Sometimes Den is too and we watch late night movies and fall back to sleep.

Stef, steady progress is a good thing. Thanks for the update.
VickiSam, I sure wish we could see that steady progress rather than status quo. We have a friend of the family dealing with a detached retina...it always makes me think of your husband.
I'll continue to send prayers.

It is so good to read that both of your husbands are making progress. Just don't forget to take care of yourselves too!
