    I have had it, underdone mastectomy, Chemo, and radiation.

    IDC
    Had this on right, 2cm, size itself required chemo x 4. No rads. Then they found very early cells in left with small active area. Had bilateral. This one is known to invade both sides by all accounts. Good luck.

    My original path report stated I had mixed ductal and lobular type with signet ring cells.

    I don't believe having mixed is any worse than having one or the other. I always believe that the cancer just happened to grow in in the duct and the lobe.
