Please go to that game, don't let this ruin your fun. The anal area takes time to heal, and we use it everyday. My gyno prescribed estrace to help strengthen both the vaginal area and anal area and not to be used internally. I had a tear in my perineum at 2 years post tx and it is healing with a cream 600 times stronger than cortisone. It had tore because it was taut from being shrunk and burned via radiation. Call your dr and see what you can do to help heal this. I wish you well. Lori0 -

colbetasol
Becareful with the colbetasol (?) My gyn gave me a rx and stressed instructions. You kind of have to taper off the usage (times used) and can not use it for extended period of time. Apparently it can have a rebound effect if over used. She really stressed the usage instructions. But it worked great. And yes sephie ...celebrate life. We all got another chance. Even if it is a pain in the a%$ sometimes.0 -

I think it's probably happened to all of us. I see my colorectal doc on Thursday for my 3-month check and what happened yesterday? I had a BM with bleeding. I am trying not to be upset by this, but it's difficult. I hope you heal quickly!
Do. not. let. this. get. you. down! Sending the serenity prayer to you. Let us know how Thurs goes.0 -

So sorry to hear about your pain; I think we have all had those challenges, where something happens to pull us down. I would be sure to comminicate with your doctor about your symptoms; he might suggest you not have an exam until you are healed.
Thinking of you; know that the setback is just temporary, and more healing is on the way.0 -
