FSH
Kuma,
The FSH test stands for Follicle Stimulating Hormone and it is a measure of fertility and menopause. I am guessing she still has her ovaries. If her level is abnormally high, it just means that her ovaries are not as active as they were when she was fertile and she is menopausal. It is not an indication of ovarian cancer.0 -

You should go to the uterine cancer discussion board. Most of us are more focused on ovarian cancer which doesn't use FSH as a tumor marker.

I know very little about FSH as a tumor marker for uterine cancer. But it appears to indicate there may still be cancer activity present. Try asking someone on the uterine cancer discussion board.
