Fatigue
I think that I am on the way to feeling better. I woke up today, and felt a little energy and still feel pretty good. Have not felt that in a long time. Usually I wake up and feel so tired, then get a little burst mid day, then tired again and sometimes a little late in the evening. Today just feels different. I hope it lasts.
I hope all of you are enjoying the end of summer. We have warm weather today and it might last a few days. This has been such a crazy summer of weather.
Peaceful healing
Lisha

Sounds good...
Hi Lisha,
Not tired..now that sounds good! My biggest complaint since finishing my chemo last Dec is being tired. It has s-l-o-w-l-y gotten better, but I'm still holding out for the day when I have energy for more than 6 hours. Hope I'm not setting the bar too high for myself..ha! Our weather here has finally decided to act like it's summer. Low 90's during the day and mid to high 50's at night. Usually in August we can hit triple digits for a few weeks, but not this year..so far. I feel pretty good today after my R infusion yesterday. Got my housework done and all ready for Lizzy in the morning. She makes my days pass very quickly. You take care my friend(rest when needed) and I hope your energy stays steady. Love ya...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)0 -

Hi Kellie,
Thanks! I think she's pretty darn cute myself...ha! She keeps changing so fast! We went on vacation for 2 weeks and when we got home she had filled out(chubbier) and had discovered her voice. I have so much fun babysitting her 2 1/2 days a week while her mom is at work. Hope all is good with you and your enjoying the last days of summer..can you believe the first day of Fall is less than a month away? Time sure flys.
Much love...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)0 -
Fatigue
HI Lisha - remind me where you are in treatment. Thinking your chemo ended long ago - am I right? Mine finished in late April and by July (3 months) I was shocked my full energy had returned. Took one Infusion of Rituxan which didn't affect my energy at all in late July. Please rest and take care of yourself and enjoy your lovely garden!
We just returned from 3 weeks in WV, VA and MD to visit children, Grans and friends. No one believed I still have cancer since I look and acted just like I did two years ago. I know it's temporary to feel so well - had a PET scan this morning. If my tumor has decreased from the 3.8 it was in May to 2.2, then I can visit Moffitt in Tampa and talk about RIT. If not, I'll stay on Rituxan every 2 months for 2 years and hope it reduces further and no new hot spots develop.
I believe you live in the LA area of CA - right? Hubby and I are flying out 9/8 - 18 to visit daughter in Santa Monica and then do the Big Sur drive - hear it's lovely! Any suggestions on what we should see along that route? Fondly, Fran0
