Carla,
Taking two tablespoons of tahini butter per day will quickly boost your platelet count. I think this was mentioned in another post recently as well.
Take care
Thanks. I never heard of this. Do I have to go to a health food to find this? Appreciate it!0 -

I know you can buy it at a health food store. I don't know whether it is available at a regular grocery store.0 -
Chemo schedule....
Looks like you and I are on the same schedule. I get my fourth treatment on the 30th also. That date just happens to be my significant other's birthday, so I am not thrilled about that. I am feeling tired these days....for the first time since treatment started...what about you? My blood work has been ok, thus far. -Robin0 -

I have my 4th treatment tomorrow. My platelets seem to go up and down also. Last week they were up, but today they are at 100. My ca 125 is now at 583.5. It started at almost 4400. So the onc may check another cbc before chemo tomorrow. I am still feeling tired and fatigued, but other than that ok. I have lost a lot of hair, but it is still on my head. Very thin and still coming out but still there. LOL! Not much anywhere else either. I am fighting hard and remain optimistic. There are also a lot of prayers working for me. Stay strong ladies !!! I believe we can win this battle !!!0
