Hi Pixie and welcome to a great group of pink sisters. I didn't have chemo, so, I can't answer your question, but, I know the sisters that have will reply to you.
Good luck to you!
Sue
Chemo for me was cumulative, so I did feel more tired as I had the sessions. I had 6 all together. The first 3 were not so bad (except for that nasty Nuelasta shot), but the last 3 were just a bit more tiresome.
Soon it'll be over for you and you'll start to feel better!
Hugs,

Hi Pixie,
I'm sure you will find this to be a great group of people with all kinds of experience.
Some of how the side effects progress will depend on your cocktail. I did 6 rounds of TAC and it seemed with each round a new side effect would pop up. I'd work with the nurses and docs for a solution and then it would be time for the next round. Some of the side effects are cumulative though, in my case it was the chemo brain and neuropathy that got a little worse with each treatment.
I hope this helps, and I wish you the best.

I am also praying for you Pixie!
They are cummulative--however, I didn't have too many side effects even with the last 2. Much more tired, still had an aversion to most foods--nasty taste, aches and pains after the Neulasta shot every time for a couple of days and the wonderful duo combo of diarrhea/constipation. I just remember having a generalized feeling of being "run over by a big truck" and that I was being poisoned--just a real general yucky feeling.
Stay strong and hang in there--you can do this and you will. You're halfway there.
