I was drinking pomogranate
I was drinking pomogranate juice and then switched to capsules that you can get at health food stores. Not sure if it is helping since I'm also taking many other things along with the pomogranage. All I know is my PSA has stayed undetectable since surgery 2 years ago.

Dr. Heber at UCLA has done research about the effctiveness of pomogranate juice on those with a rising PSA.
I personally drink pomograte juice as well as other juices. I think that it is positive to drink any of them, and to eat lots of fruits and vegies.0 -

I started drinking about 6-8 ounces of straight pomegranate juice daily a couple of months ago, and my PSA reading dropped a half point (3.96 to 3.50) in about 30 days. I am in treatment now, so any further changes will be hard to credit to the jiuice. No other big changes in diet or lifestyle I can think of.
It is expensive. Can't wait to try Cosco or Sam's to save some money.
