It is cancer.. I don't know what else to say today. I haven't had much sleep I am sick to stomach, and off to see a surgeon this morning. Is there anything I need to make sure and ask?

    Waiting...
    Completely understand your apprehension....we've all been there....waiting causes such stress...Sadly it's part of this journey...
    But hang in there.. Remember, it's a 50/50 chance the results will be benign....

    Wishing you the best possible results...keep us posted, we really do care...

    Breathe and try to relax
    I know how excruciating the waiting game can be for some
    but I don't know it wasn't so bad for me. I just think it is always
    better to be in the know. Look at it that way, you can do something
    about it. IF there's something it is always better to find out about it
    sooner than later. So be prepared for the worst but hope for the best.
    And make sure to let us know.... because I will be with you on the edge
    crossing my fingers and wishing ferociously that yours was just a quick
    visit!

    One thing you will find on this board is that you are never alone. We will all be there sitting next to you waiting for that call. I am praying heavily that we won't be welcoming you into the sisterhood. I'll be keeping my eye out for an updated post.

    To echo, we have all been there. I am a very IMpatient person,
    so I go nutso when having to wait for results.

    Couldn't reply yesterday - the site was acting up for a while. You've been in my prayers. You can do this! Look at all the others who have made it. Breathe! Come here often for support and advice! Focus on the positive! Fight like a girl!!

    I know the feeling: shock,
    I know the feeling: shock, numbness ,panic. I felt the same way. I didn't expect mine to be cancer so I went alone for the results. Hopefully you had some-one with you for support. This site has been my anchor through it all. Remember we are all here for you. Please update us as you go on your journey.

    Have a piece of paper with you to write things down. Make sure to find out exactly what you are dealing with and what your options are. Hopefully it won't be as bad as you think it is?
