results of pet scan

in Lymphoma (Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin) #1
I went back to my onc today, the results of my pet scan is clean I do have a small node on the right side of the groin area, but the doctor does'nt think its lymphoma he did say he wanted to keep an eye on it. blessings denise

    Hi Denise,
    Clean PET scan is great! Now just keep an eye on the groin lump like the doctor said. Hope your weather is ok...can't believe how hot the weather is in so many states. We have been blessed with fantastic weather..(knock on wood). Love your cute little bird picture (0: Love, Sue

    Hi Sue , Your granddaughter is getting cuter by the day. Wish I could squeeze her:). My grandchildren have been in Jackson Hole all summer on vacation. They start home next week. I can't wait to hug and kiss them a million times:)

    Thank you...yes, Lizzie is growing like a weed and getting cuter and chubbier every day. It's been almost 2 weeks since I've held her and I can't wait to get home on Saturday. Her mom goes back to work starting on Monday, (only part time 3 days a week)so I'm going to be her babysitter....Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Boy am I going to have fun!!!     thank you for your replies and your support, i had a good feeling when the doctor walked in instead of just waiting for him to tell me i told him i was ready for my good news, i knew the lord was with me this time, so many people have been praying for me. the thrush finally cleared up after 400 mgs of diflican for ten days. sue the weather here is misable most days with the heat index its a 100 degrees or more. blessings denise

    Pet Scan Results
    i got the results of my pet scan on july 27th, all clear. sounds like great news and yes, it is, now i feel like what next, am i cancer free, im happy so happy i cant express it and im happy to read your news as well. im still in the surreal stage of this news, it came unexpectedly when i found out i had cancer and now viola...!!! im in remission:) i think im finally ready to celebrate and share this news outside of this site. God bless everyone :)
