The Cancer Fighting Kitchen by Rebecca Katz

I received this book yesterday. I ordered it from Amazon.

What are some of your favorite recipes? Are some of the ingredients found in health food stores?

Look forward to hearing from you.

My husband made quite a few recipes
from this book when I first bought it, then he put it away and forgot about it! If I remember some of the soups are very tasty, especially one with sweet (bell?) peppers in it. I liked the granitas and fruit smoothies too. There were quite a few recipes in there that were supposed to help fight nausea although I can't remember if they worked. The ingredients were all easy to find in a supermarket, except the brown rice vinegar. Never could find that. Now I'm being treated for a recurrence I'll have to get the book out again.

    Good food
A friend was using that cookbook to make food for me...then she gave me the book but I am not much of a cook...lol! It was pretty good food. A lot of lentil dishes as I recall.
