It is a beautiful song. Thank you for sharing it. Now I have to go dry my eyes. I had my Mom with me through mine. She came in September for her 87th birthday and wound up staying until July when I was finished treatment. My heart goes out to you ladies whose husbands/significant others did not stand by your side through your incredible journeys.

I heard the song for the first time in the car this past Sunday. I reached over to hold my husband's hand. He was there for me when I needed him, even though he was scared too. He is still walking me through it every time I let the fear back in. Thank God for our caregivers.0 -

My husband heard this song while he was fishing when we were on vacation. He spent the next week searching all the radio stations so I could hear it too. Didn't hear it until this post. That song described our experience to a T.
He said he cried when he heard it....so did I!0 -

I heard it last night for the first time, went to see Martina McBride at the Cape Cod Melody tent. I went with my 18 year old daughter. When she was introducing her song, she said "she was excited to have this song as she knew it would make a big impact on the world and is always excited to find this kind of song" My daughter and I just looked at each other and said'Oh BOy" of course we were in tears. I know I couldnt have made it without my family friends, kindreds, all blessing. Love is very healing!0 -
