Had a great foot massage yesterday

Stopped by Face in the Mirror yesterday and Particia gave me the best foot massage I have ever had. She is going to let me come once a week for a massage, she says it will help the neuropathy in my feet.

If you get a chance to stop by face in the mirror, i highy recommend them.

    aaaaaaaaahhhhh... I don't know this place, but oh-baby could my poor chemo feet use that.

    My local NOCC group had a drawing for a foot massage, offered by a reflexologist. I won. It was fabulous.

    You might google it
    you might google it to see if they are near you. They offer free makeup, hates, wigs and free massages. I love the foot massage it relaxes so much. She also signed me up to start yoga classes, i have heard this helps your spine, bones and muscles so am looking forward to starting this class.

    My mom finished chemo end of May and still has a lot of tingling and neuropathy in her feet.....will this get better? how long will it take?

    mine has been a year and a half
    it has been a year and a half since my last chemo and i am still having the neuropathy
