Liver catscan results on Monday

Thank you all for your good thoughts and prayers! I have an appointment on Monday, so I wont know whats going on til then. Doctor is out of town this week and nurse is tight lipped. Hate that, don't you? Liver area feels bloated and tender and my digestion is out of sorts for sure, not much appetite right now. Hoping it's nothing too serious. I'll keep you all posted. Only 4 more days to wait!

    That darn tight lipped nurse! But, I understand that she can't tell you anything.

    Praying that it will not be cancer, but, something else that can be easily treated.

    Waiting....
    Laurissa, it's the waiting game...so hard to do..
    But..anyone is entitled to the REPORT of your own scans...most even will provide a CD along with a written report of results...even before your own physician gets back to you....I have a friend going through this and she gets her results, in writing and CD by the end of the day when she has scans..

    I hate waiting, I don't even like to sit in an exam room for 20 minutes let alone wait days for test results.

    Here's praying that you have some irritation of the liver caused by medications that can be changed to make it all go away,

    Just wanted to say hi and send positive thoughts your way. That seems like a loooong time to wait. I'm so hoping you have something fixable going on -- like an infection or something ( how weird to hope for an infection ).
