Another new pic
Wasn't sure that this pic had come thru until I signed on this morning and saw it. But those are my babies! Rowdy is the brown sheltie, Blue is the grayish/blue looking one and Sammy is the dachshund. Blue is the one I had to put down in March but he was cremated and is now on the entertainment center with his Daddy! (The same funeral home that took care of his Daddy took care of him for me!) Rowdy was 13 June 3 and does pretty well. He also was more active than Blue and Sammy is 4. They are a mess! They are certainly my babies but are more than just my babies or my children. They have become my lifelines. I don't what I'd do without them. We grew up saying this blessing in my family that goes, "For food and health and love and friends, Father we thank thee, amen." Well I have amended that and now say, "For food and health and love and friends, Father, the dogs and I thank Thee, amen!" They help me eat in case I can't finish it all, don't you see? Anyway, hope you enjoy seeing it and I will post more of them. So now you have background on them! Hope all is well with everybody! God Bless!

Guess who's comming to dinner?
Hi Jan
Glad to see you happy with your friends. I have a shepherd and pitbull who keep me company most days. Never met a dog I didn't like. We could all learn a little bit from a dog. Pretty soon you will be taking them to the movies. Do they like popcorn?0 -

Since I have a little naked dog. (hairless Chinese Crested) If I had to pick a dog with fur, I do love blue ones. That would probably be my favorite color coat. I also seem to always fall for a black and white dog.
My guy comes with me out and about sometimes, though not as much as he used to. I have a harness that attaches to my chest, and he sits right in there. He makes not one peep, and is perfectly content. He has even been at the salon in there for 3-4 hours while I get my hair done. People are amazed when they find out there is a dog under there. The one day, I was sitting under the dryer, with the foils in my hair. I usually bring a snack, I brought a banana. Nizzy goes crazy for bananas. As soon as I cracked the banana open, his little head was trying to pop out of the cape, like in the Alien movie. Scared the lady next to me half to death, she thought I was just pregnant. He will walk on his hind legs and he will spin around only on his back legs, walking upright for a banana. And he grins.
I would not have made it through radiation with out him.

I can see why the lady at the salon thought you were pregnant! Those pix are so cute. I have more of my babies ones in the snow, yard etc. etc. I'll try to rotate them or go back and look at John's directions he sent me for putting them somewhere or other where you can go into on this site and see them. What would we do without our four-footed babies?
