Starting taxol today.....

The trial is out for now. I start the weekly taxol today with herceptin. I am a little scared but I am so frustrated with my leg hurting. I can barely move around the house let alone go to the store or do anything fun. I went to a rads doc yesterday and I start that tomorrow. I just pray for some relief!! She said something is pushing on the nerves in my leg causing the pain. I really hope that if I can lay on the table (which hurts!) that the radiation will relief the pain. I do not feel like a cancer patient unless I am sitting around unable to do anything. Oncologist gave me a pain patch and low dose morphine so I spent last night loopy and then puking....ugh. Help!! Prayers or something. Starting to feel down, don't want that.

    I am so sorry you are going through so much and are unable to do the trial. Must be very frustrating.
