Sympathies
So very sorry to hear about your father. I know how hard this has been for you and your family. I pray that you and your family will feel God's loving arms around them during this difficult time and in the days ahead. Your father will always be with you and is a part of you forever. Hold tight to the cherished memories so that future generations will know him thru you. You are a very loving and compassionate daughter who put her fathers needs above her own wants. God be with you and protect you.
Again, my sympathies to your family.

My dad
My dad just passed away on the 25 th from small cell lung cancer and it was the same scenario, nothing was going to work anymore. They sent him home with hospice. He only lasted 5 days at home. I wanted a heart attack for him because that would have been the better end. Nobody really understands the pain that I am going through. Watching your love one die is the hardest thing I had to do.0 -
My sympathies...
I know from experience how hard it is to tell someone you love that it is okay to let go but it is the greatest gift you can give them, you have set him free.
You're not crazy, I believe your dad is still in the house also and he will be there watching over all of you.
Cherish all the good memories, remember the good times and forget about the bad.
My sincerest sympathies to you and your family.
Stay strong,

I am so sorry for your loss. I am positive your daddy knew, and knows of your love for him. You have much to say to others who are dealing with the same thing you have just gone through. When you have had a chance to heal, you will be able to help someone else. God bless you.0 -
Deepest sympathy
You have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your father. My mother passed away on Saturday and though I knew the day was coming, I'm still reeling from it. I miss her so much, but I am thankful she is not suffering anymore and is in a far better place now. May you and your family heal and grow stronger together. God Bless.0 -

I am sorry for your loss. I wasn't able to be there when my father passed, as I was in another state, but my stepmom let me say goodbye to him over the phone. Fortunatley, there was a family reunion the month before, as we knew if there wasn't a miracle my father wouldn't be able to live. I hope you will keep all of your fond memories of your father forever. Lori0 -
Still smell her
My mother passed from cancer 30 years ago. I still smell her sometimes. Losing a parent is not easy. Know now he is in a better place free of pain and surrounded by love. The pain you feel now will not diminish, but will change. You will begin to remember the great times that you spent together and the memory of his illness and death will start to diminish. Death does not scare me, the idea that I will put my children in the place that you are at does. Surround yourself with the love of your famiy. You are in my prayers - Judy0
