Tom's onc appointment

in Esophageal Cancer #1
Everything is fine..the tumor board met this morning and none of the tumors are growing...lymph nodes are ok and the tiny one in the esophagus shrank. That said, Tom was given a choice of take a break or continue. He opted to continue the chemo...aside from not tasting well and feet that feel like cement boots, he's doing ok. He did get meds for his nasty and I mean fly off the handle nasty moods...I said meds or you take him home with you. I think she was considering it...little did she know I had a suitcase in the Highlander..vbg.

So that's where we're at. coming up on two years July 20th..

Monday starts the bathroom renovation...tear it all out start over. It was definitely fun picking out all the new stuff...especially the air bubble tub which might help Tom with his feet.

Next choosing a landscape designer...another one is coming out tomorrow...alreadyhave the comcrete person picked for the driveway. Life goes on and these projects are fun for me..loved picking out stuff for the landscaping...use to be an avid gardener but I hate to pull weeds.

    Glad to hear it's going well. I would naturally fly off the handle and have bad moods with a bathroom renovation. Especially if that's your only bathroom...lol! Good luck with it all

    Two bathrooms
    No his nasty spells are cause he won't talk about the cancer...you can only keep your anxiety hidden so long and then boom..

    I'm patiently waiting for the start and finish so I can relax in the air bubble tub with chromotherapy....and bubble stuff...and a big padlock on the door.

    Enjoy your bathroom when it is done. We went through that and what a relief
