You are certainly not the prototypical Stage IV cancer patient. You look so healthy and happy. Can't see your hair very well, but compared to what I've got, you look like Rapunzel.
Is the radioembolism still kicking your you know what?

Linda - you look fab!
What a great new photo, Linda. You look fabulous - such vitality in your face, despite what you're going through. My hair is a way behind yours - it's gone beyond the crop stage but now looks like I've been through a bush backwards - ha ha! Called the hairdresser this morning and hope she can fit me in soon!
Kindest wishes, Helen0 -

At the Victorian tea they served a variety of teas. It started with a sampler plate for each person of tiny fancy sandwiches and quiches; followed by a warm apricot scone with clotted cream and raspberry prserves. & of course there was a assortment of dozens of tiny fancy desserts. Very girl-y! Wednesday I'm having 6 'girlfriends' over to relax in my new pool and we are going to try and recreate the sandwiches from Victorian Tea menu, each of us making 1 or 2 things. I am really trying to make the most of this long chemo break to do as many fun things as I can.
I had a friend visit me from Philly today and bring her 2 1/2 year old son, who was absolutely delightful. I made honey whole wheat wraps filled with fresh spinach, hummous, and some good cheese; and a huge mixed fresh fruit salad served in a watermelon basket. My focus is on LIVING; and I am genuinely happy with my simple beautiful life, for however long it lasts.0 -

Oh Linda that sounds like such a "girly" thing to do! I was raised with three brothers, I have three sons and I was the only granddaughter on my father's side, such a "girly" thing like a Victorian Tea sounds so wonderful.
Enjoy your pool and friends on Wednesday. Thanks for the infor regarding the tea.
