Have a very good luck with you surgery!.
Hugs!
I will probably go doing something the doctors said I shouldn't but what the heck. As far as bulls go ,on my dinner plate is the only way I appreciate them. Yes I eat red meat. I eat meat ,green stuff and anything that I feel like. There is an old saying about restricted diets, You don't live any longer ,it just seems that way. Cheers Ron. P.s I am adventurous but it really must be a Spanish thing wanting to jump in with a bunch of cranky cows.:) Ron.0 -

Started my weekend yesterday. We have a forecast for very strong winds and heavy rain for Sat and Sunday so I went fishing in the local river yesterday. Got a heap of fish, was going to stay out all night but i got sick. They keep telling me I am not diabetic. I only had breakfast and coffee all day and by 8.30 pm I was having a real sugar low . Got home ,just, and had some toast and honey. Felt heaps better in 30 minutes.Have to have minor surgery on thursday my legacy of sun sea and salt immuno-suppressants and age. I have to get a basal cell carcinoma (he thinks) cut out, there goes my good looks,SSSIIIGGGHHH.avagoodweekend,Ron.
Hope all goes well on Thursday. Please let us know how you are doing. You always post here and there, but always look forward to seeing that huge fish in your arms. Glad you got a bunch of fish. Wish you could share them with me Just love fish.

Ahh the Weekend:
Well this week finally finished getting the garden in. Lots of work and tired but a good kind of tired. My plot at the community garden is 24' x 24'. Planted: about 60 or so sunflowers, 150 onions both yellow and red, two types of bush green beans, acorn squash, butternut squash, zuchinni squash, sugar snap peas, cucumbers, carrots, 5 tomato plants, yellow, green and hot pepper plants, some zennia flowers and bordered in yellow marigolds. It is all raised bed and I put down mulch (city provides it) between the rows and hills. The city also brings in several truck loads of good, rich compost so I added that to the dirt before raking up the raised beds. I must have moved 20 wheel barrel loads or more of compost and mulch. I also have a herb garden this year on the deck.
I worry so much about George so this has proven to be a good outlet for me. I walked in the door the other day all sweaty, filthy dirty (It was 90 outside) but smiling and George did comment that it was good to see that smile. I guess I needed to take my own advise, that you can't live cancer 24/7.

happy birthdayAnnabelle41415 said:Casino
We are going to the casino (along with daughter and son-in-law) for two nights for my birthday. Haven't gambled since last year and used to go at least every two months. Don't take much, don't win much, but I sure have fun losing.
