just popping in
My kids are still driving me up a wall, as is the step daughter and her baby. Problems never go away.
Anyway - just wanted to say hello to my friends. Haven't had time to read through posts lately, i'm sure I will catch up. How are you doing - Sundance, Buzzard, Anna....anyone I missed whom I don't see on FB?

What's Happenin' Sherrie?
I saw your post on one of my recent threads - so good to see you once again.
Chicago? I'm going to try and make it if I can get there - would love to meet you and Nick and the rest of the gang that's gonna' hit town....I could sure use a getaway:)
How am I doing? When you get time, look for my new post "Sundance vs Cancer." Inside there, you will find the answer to that question.
And I left a little tribute for our friend, "Chicky."
Sounds like you're cooking with gas and are very busy. I like your idea of "no more work." I want to dump our place and move somewhere where the yardwork and maintenance are no more for me. I'm too old now, and too tired from cancer to keep up with it all anymore. And it sucks any available $$$ that you might get your hands on. Just so sick and tired of home ownership.
I want to live as you say - and who knows how many more days on the calendar that I really got anyway? I want to spend them doing something besides chores. I'll keep working on her and maybe one day we'll get to do that.
Anyway, check out the post - think you will like it:)
Great seeing you! Hope to see you in Chi-town, I really, really do!

Update
Was just thinking about you yesterday and wondering how you were. Glad that you bought a house (with no upkeep). Yes, the yard is nice to have, but like you said it's a lot of work. You will love being a snowbird. We (hubby) were just talking about it. Can't stand this Michigan weather in the winter. Plus the warmer weather helps with the neuropathy.
Yup, kids do drive you crazy. Sometimes you just want to get away from them for some peace and calm.
Hope the move goes well and you can finally sit back and relax. Thanks for the update. Pop in more often if you get a chance.
Hugs! Kim0 -
