I understand what you areBuckwirth said:It's ready to go
but I am going to wait a bit out of respect to Roger. For now, that should probablhy be the focus of any new off topic threads.
I understand what you are saying, truly I do. However, it may help some others to see that some of us can go on with our lives, that Cancer does not always mean a death sentence. I am trying to take his death and all the others before him and using how I feel to educate others about this disease. I stated this on a facebook post awhile ago.
Bad things happen to good people and it stinks! Instead of allowing the sadness to overwhelm you, try and do something positive with your grief. You are here for a reason,... and maybe that reason is to live your life and tell your story, to help others from getting this disease, or at least knowing that as unglamorous as colorectal cancer is, it can be nipped in the bud. It takes honesty with yourself and your doc about how you poop, Plain and simple, None of us likes to talk about it, but it is a fact of life and more people need to know wahat is lurking in their bodies. This cancer needs to be spoken about outloud, not in hushed whispers.0 -
