To all my dear friends on this site
I would rather post my concerns for all of you at the same time.
To the men, get your yearly check-up, colonscopy and prostate screening.
anything else I left out.
To the women, get your yearly mammo, colonscopy, and pap test. Anything else
I left out.
I know, I am so scared also, they will find out something else. But, why put
my head in the sand and not face it. I would rather catch the dreaded cancer in
it's infancy, before it grows large and spreads. MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENTS.
You don't have to have the colonscopy the old fashion way. The dreaded drinks.
They have something new called OsmoPrep. Here is the site: http://www.tabletprep.com/index.aspx
Love you all and hugs your way. Love Maggie

Appointments
Thank you for the reminders, you are so very right. I sometimes drag my feet also on stuff.
I have had life long illness of one kind or another. Now this since 04.
You get so very tired and dont want to see one more DR.
But hope everyone does get all they're checkups.
Sure hope you are doing fairly well.
Love and Hugs back to you, Hilde0 -

Hi Maggie,
I made my appointments today for mammo and complete physical which will include a pap smear this year. I don't need the colonoscopy or bone density test since both were done two years ago. Once I get this done and out of the way, my summer schedule will be cleared of doctor appointments, except of course for my June R-infusion and then again in August. Your right Maggie...we just have to do what we have to do to stay as healthy as possible and keep our appointments as scheduled. Thanks for reminding us...Love you...Sue (FNHL-2-3a-6/10)0 -

Dear Sue,
I feel so good knowing some of you have made the necessary appointments. I
can't imagine any of my friends having other issues.
Sigh of relief getting doctor appointments behind us, and enjoying some of
the summer.

Dear Hilde,
I am so sorry you have had life long illness. Please don't be sad. I and
everyone is here for you.
Yes, you are so right. We get so tired seeing all the doctors. But, we
have to. As for me, I have so many doctor appointments. I am trying to
fit in before the summer starts. Not only that, now I am having house
issues. My husband used to do the little things, plumbing, plastering,
yard work, painting, and a sink clog. Now I have to hire people. My days
are now filled with doctor appointments, and waiting for people to show
up.
In New York, the weather is hot already.
I am sending positive thoughts your way. Love Maggie0
