    Hypothyroidism = hair loss
    You should see someone who can check your thyroid function. See if you have any other symptoms of low thyroid (constipation, dry skin, etc.)--unfortunately, some symptoms such as fatigue & ringing in the ears go along with chemo after effects. It's a simple blood test but interpreting the blood test takes experience.

    HYPOTHYROIDISM?
    That's what I have, and my hair definitely thinned, although didn't come out in clumps. But I also had tons of other symptoms, which definitely pointed to low thyroid. Not sure if it was due to the chemo, or multiple CT scans with triple contrast (they always scanned my thorax, too, area of the thyroid). Either way, it's definitely destroyed. Hope that's not the case for you. But please let us know.
