count down is on for surgery

in Colorectal Cancer #1
ok guys the count down is on for Jorge's surgery 12 days from now and let me tell you i'm shiting my pants.i can't sleep can't eat i'm so scare .on jan 2011 ct scan show the tumor let go of his back and the colon doctor said this ct scan the tumor is still in his back what the hell is going on thanks all Tina

    just wanted to say I know your pain. I am on the other side, just got told I am ok for liver resection surgery June 1st. See surgeon tomorrow. But wanted to acknowledge your feelings, different surgery, but I think my husband is as terrified as I am. I think it is just as hard for the caregivers.....my thoughts are with you and Jorge and our thoughts will be with you both. Pat

    Scans, scans, scans, so many different views on what they say and even apparently how they are conducted.

    Stay strong, Jorge needs you to be, the last thing he needs is you to get ill worrying, easier said than done I know from experience, but on here your 'other' family will support and guide you through it all.

    Jorge is having the tumor for his rectum and liver removed thank you so very much i wish you the best of luck tomorrow hugs Tina

    Good luck with the surgery.most of the time the scans don't show everything.My doctor don't know for sure untill I was opened up.The tumor was still attached to my spine,but had shrunk enuff that they could get it all.Good luck,I will be praying for you both.

    Everything is going to fine. I'm praying for you guys. I remember when I had my surgery in Sept 2009 I was so scare and worry but I just prayed that GOD would guide the surgeon's knife to take out all the tumor and heal me.

    Take a few deep breaths, that always helps. Jorge needs you now.I just had my operation and waking up and seeing my loved one was all I needed. So smile for Jorge because the board is here to help YOU through it.
