Good day....my daughter's mammo, my onc visit....

So, finally, my daughter got the official results of her mammo....everything is fine! Because of both her grandmother and mother having breast cancer, her gyn suggested having a mammo yearly for awhile, until a baseline can be established. She has lumpy breasts, so that can be a bit of a trouble.

I, too, got good news from my oncologist today. We are on track for 5 years (!) in December of stopping the Tamoxifen. After calculating my options in a new online computer program she has, we also decided that this will be it...no additional drug therapy...I will be 'flying without a net'...and I feel good about it!!! Also, my cholesterol in the past (before cancer) was always around 248...now, it's below 200!!! YEA!! With no drugs!!! Just diet changes.

We also put an offer on a condominium for my daughter. It is a real step to permanence for her...we shall see, it's a GREAT deal, so I'm certain the sellers are collecting offers to select the best...but at least ours was first..
