I forgot

I was busy catching up on the forums and had forgotten to mention - I am home form MSKCC! What a good feeling that is! Things are moving along. I even mowed the lawn yesterday. It took all day and it is normally a one hour event, including the trimming, but I count it as a major accomplishment considering I had been home only two days - today makes three! Drugs are amazing! Sorry, that was supposed to be an inside voice.

Glad Your Home
Glad your home. Sounds like you are doing very well. It's good to get out and moving, but don't overdo it. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Were you on the 15th Floor? I spent 33 nights there, all told.
Glad all is going well!

yes, I was on the 15th floor - I think I heard one nurse refer to it as the abdominal ward.0 -

Wow, one of those belly-laugh moments! And here I didn't think nurses
had any sense of humor!
Ya'know Rick, the new drugs are pretty good! I can't wait for the next
operation to score a few hits!
They told me that I got unruly....(whatever that means), and that the
drugs can do that from time to time.
But another nurse said I had every right to attempt to strangle one or two
of the nursing staff, and said I should take more of that drug!
(she provided me with some "to go", and addresses of the nurses involved)
(lovely girl!)
Do try to stay sane Rick.... being healthy is only part of it.
Best wishes for you,

It's okay to let the inside voice out, on occasion, it gave a few of us a belly laugh I'm sure (I enjoyed a good laugh).
Glad all is going well!!
