Just got my psa results 15 months post davivci and subsequent adjuvant imrt. "Undetectable" !!! I am counting my lucky stars especially since my pathologic diagnosis of. T3A with positive margins and extracapsular extension.Lymph nodes and seminal vesicles were clear. Gleason was 3+4=7 both at the clinical and pathologic stage. Good luck to the many out there who await their psa results!! May you all have a lifetime of undetectable psa readings !!---Dan

    Congratulations!!
    Congratulations Bronx!!

I had my DaVinci surgery on March 14, 2011, at City of Hope in SoCal and got my first post-op PSA results a couple of weeks ago. It was the same as yours. "Undetectable!" My pathology report also indicated stage T3A with extracapsular extension and a "single" positive lymph node. No positive margins, no seminal vesicle or lymph-vascular involvement and Gleason 3 + 4 = 7. My doc recommends no further treatment at this time. Will continue to watch my PSA closely and hope for the best.

Continued best of luck to you.
