Gail, I just want to add, that the fact that my GP did a yearly cea blood test saved me the 2nd time. I had no symptoms. The 2nd time it was in my liver after 5 yrs. so please, at least insist on a cea annually.

Well, right now I'm having CEA done every 3 months. Not sure what the schedule will be when I get to the 5 year mark. Thanks!
