need an ultra/mammo because of 3 lumps in my right breast

Just had a visit with the breast surgeon and there are 3 moderately suspicious lumps which are actually quiet painful to touch in my right breast (left was removed). I had been complaining of pain and tenderness in my armpit and above my clavical on the right. It is likely to be fibrosis. However when I found the initial lump in my left breast my primary care physician said that it was likely to be a cyst (it was movable). Anway it could be anything.

Thanks for reading this. I don't want to mention anything to friends or family and just needed to get this off my chest. Thanks for being there.

    Oh Mariam, I am so sorry this is happening to you. I know how scared you must be. It is hard keeping things to yourself when they are worrying you so much.     Stay positive and hope for the best but as you've been thru this before, you know that you have the strength to do so again if need be and we're all here for you. I'm going to send out positive thoughts and prays that you're just deealing with a cyst issue this time and nothing more.

    Thanks Irene. I am having a mammo an ultra sound tomorrow(Tuesday) afternoon. I am sure if I need a biopsy they will have me come in this week. I go to PAMF and they seem to act really quickly with these matters. I just don't want friends and family to be overly concerned about something that might amount to nothing.

    These uncertain situations are terrifying and exhausting. Hopefully it is nothing most lumps are not cancer.

    Thanks for all your well wishes and good positve thoughts. I had my mammo and ultra sound, so far according to the dr there is nothing to be concerned about. However I will have a follow up in 3 months. They think it might be hormonal but want to keep an eye on it nontheless.

    I feel grateful to have watchful doctors and all of you on the site who are all so supportive. THanks!

    Yes, this is good news and a relief. I admit I was a little concerned. I am not done with my current treatment (herceptin) and just don't feel like dealing with something else on top of this.

    It is also good news for my 11 year old daughter 'cause I said we could get the XBOX Kinetics. Just decided life is too short and we could do with having some more fun at home. Typically I don't watch TV, play video games or indulge in technology (aside from cameras and photoshop). I dunno this whole cancer thing just makes me want to extend beyond my comfort zone and indulge a little more.

    Thanks for the support. Just coming here and ready posts feels like support in itself, to know that there are others out there who understand this whole cancer process.
