Scope!
They moved the colonoscopy up a month, and my oncologist scheduled an ultrasound this coming Monday. I've just had so many issues with pain, he wants to make sure I'm okay. Can't say exactly why, but I wouldn't be surprised to not get good news out of all of this. I've been noticing some symptoms I had before diagnosis that I didn't realize at the time were symptoms.
We'll see...
*hugs*

Thanks, Buzz, and everyone else. The colonoscopy is set for 8:15 Wed. morning. I'm icky right now, as would be expected. Not even hungry, just want to curl up in bed and hope I don't have myself a little old accident! Of course, that's not possible. I'm keeping the grandchildren, who are somewhat tickled by Nanny trotting to the bathroom!
*hugs*

Yeah, when it comes to test like this they should have the dr who reads them on standby. We don't need to wait 2 days to a week before getting results. They should be right then and there. Also, if you will be getting a rectum ultrasound I suggest asking them to put you to sleep. I am a big guy, and it took 7 people on that table to keep me down. I say INSIST on it if it is a rectum ultrasound.0 -

Oh, that can be embarrassing. When my grandson (18 months) was visiting a few weeks ago twice I had to check if it was me or not before I said, "Does someone have a stinky diaper?!". We are not so old just digestively challenged. I would not trade those times for all the money in the world, not even for a new colon!
I hope your symptoms are all in your head and you get good new on Wednesday. I will be praying.0 -

Thinking of you girl, I'm sure all will go fine, and yes, the waiting sucks, but by now we're getting used to it?
Take care hon.
