RESTLESS LEG AND ARMS WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP
I can take a little liquid Oxy. and about 45 min. later it stops.
Can anyone offer any insight to this?
Best!

Drove me crazy
I had something similar going on with me and could not get more than an hours worth of sleep at a time. I felt like my whole body had bugs crawling and I was tingly all over. My Oncologist gave me a prescription for something to relax me and I can't remember the name. He called it Valium's little sister and it knocked me out in about a half hour and i slept for a good 5 to 6 hours. If I remember the medication name later I will post again.0 -
L'Hermittes
Mike,
Sounds like it could be variation of L'Hermittes Syndrome and you are about at the rihgt time for it. If it is, it will pass.

Scam
Scam, whatever it is, it will go away if I take an attivan or a little oxycodone before bedtime.
I hope it passes soon as it drives me and my poor wife nuts.

Took Ativan
I had something similar. It felt like I had too much energy in my arms and legs. Very restless. I tried getting up and doing some jumping jacks, or did some stretching. When it started occurring on a regular basis, I started taking Ativan before bed. Put a tabled under my tongue 10 minutes before bedtime and it helped.0 -

I am also taking Attivan, it seems to help.
