    When was your last chemo
When was your last chemo treatment? I had general weakness for months after chemo i'd say around... 7 months after.

    Weakness
    Scuttlebug,
I have been out of treatment for over 6 months. Had my 1st rituxin last week. I still have days where I feel tired, but not necessarily weak. I have heard the tiredness can go on for quite a while. We are all different in the way we react to the chemo. It may be a good idea to call your Dr. and find out what may be going on. It may be a normal thing, but it is best to have it checked out. John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

    Hello,

I agree with John, Please see your doctor asap. Your blood counts could be low. Do
    you take any vitamin supplements?

    Love Maggie

    Vitamins
    Maggie,
You are so right about the blood levels. My RBC's were a little low after my 4th round of chemo and took their time about coming back up. I usually ran in the high range and could go all day without getting tired. I started Iron,Vit.D3, B-6 and B-12. It bought my levels of RBC's up to the mid normals. I am assuming it is the Vitamins that did it. Could of been a natural thing as well. All I know is they are all back to normal now. Even so I still feel a little tired at times. John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

    Hi Denise,
    My husband has

    Hi Denise,
My husband has those days of feeling very weak, mostly at the end of the day. Yesterday however was weak for the entire day, slept all day and couldn't get the energy to even shower as well. Told me that he just didn't feel right, couldn't exactly explain but whole body didn't feel right. Felt like something in side of him was moving. Thought is was the Chemo working. I pray this is true. I had him on lots of liquids, protein drinks, soups and vegetables. Today happy to report that he woke up much more energized and the sound of his music playing in the house is a good sign, I love it.

Denise, hang in there. Our prayers are with you.

    Chemo working
    Faith,
i do not know how far into chemo your husband is,but after my 1st treatment of R-CVP a few months ago I actually felt the moving in my abdomin. I felt the tumors that were hard to the touch actually shrink from one day to the next. It felt funny I guess because the area in which they were taking up was increasing so rapidly the other organs were moving to take up the space. Get it checked out anyway. John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

    Tumors
His Chemo regime started on the March 18th with Rituxan then followed by both Bend & Rituxan on the next week (March 23,24 &25). After the Rituxan infusion he felt good beside a few chills. After the infusion of B&R he started off feeling pretty good. Now his energy level is so low and he can't seem to kick it. This morning started of good then about mid morning just could do much. At our last doctor’s appointment the tumors in his neck and the one in his groin did shrink in size and he doesn't complain about having pain in those areas as before. The doctor did mention that some of the tumors could become enlarged before they begin to shrink. Which I guess would explain the movement he is feeling…but we will mention this and make sure that is the case. Thanks for the heads up.

Hi Denise I have been out of treatment for about six months now, and I still feel very week and I have shortness of breath. I always think the worst, but so far so good. My Doc said the treatment really takes a toll on your system, just keep your appointments and scans. Hope you feel better Vinny
