Dr. David Servan-Schrieber (2-time survivor of brain cancer) wrote a book called the Anti-cancer Diet--he makes a lot of sense. Here is a link to his YouTube video.

After listening to him, I want to EXERCISE more to stay well.

    Dr. Servan-Schrieber's book
Thank you for sharing Carolen. I have this book and it is full of information that just makes a lot of sense. I have been incorporating it into my life and feel better both in stamina and attitude. I am off now for my daily walk! Chris

    diet & exercise
    Dear Carolenk,
Thank you for the info. I will definitely check out the link and the book. I am trying to eat better and exercise more before I start chemo again. However, the oncologist told me that walking will make the neuropathy in my feet worse and to try an exercise bike. I had to have an ileostomy due to the cancer's affect on my colon and the bikes I tried put too much pressure on it. Anyone have any ideas for exercising that won't make neuropathy worse?
    Thanks,
    Chris
