What a cute idea. I'll just have to have my own private harmony day and days now. I'll try and think of them that way, especially when I'm stuck in traffic on Highway 1 for now reason again!!!
Oh and heck I'll mention my favorite(s) yep have two of them, musicals Moulin Rouge and Mama Mia. Hope you enjoyed yours Pete.

Hi anne
you are so brave.
maybe next week we can debate harmony versus the freedom of speech.
then again maybe not.
I know what you mean.
Hi everyone,
All I can say is the kids at school had a great HARMONY day.
Families had to bring food from their country of orgin to share for lunch.
my dutch pancakes and real maple source were a hit.
tonight we had dinner at a friends who came from south africa.
we ate traditional south african curry and roti.
my consultation with doctor zhivago lasted 3 hours and only cost $110 for two A reserve seats. My wife and I held hands the whole way through, except when we were clapping. Its a great love story and the music made my spine tingle and singing was harmonious. LOL
doctor zhivago was much more fun, much longer time frame and less painful than my consult with my awesome GI doctor gold who thoroughly examined me and booked my bag reversal and port out for the 6th may all in under 20 minutes.
yours in harmony,

Hi Pete,
My name is tiffany. I had surgery on 2.22 to remove tumor from right side colon and a tumor in my rectum which was resectioned.
I have a temporary loop ileostomy.
However they found 2 out of the 17 lymph nodes removed had cancer so they want me to start 6 months of chemo with 5 weeks of radiation.
I want to have my ileostomy reversed and was just wondering what your treatment was like leading up to your reversal.
It helps me wrap my mind around all of this, this wasn't where I planned to be at 35 years old....0 -

Hi tiffany,
so sorry we got the same cancer in common.....
first welcome to the board, its full of caring and experienced cancer patients and carers.
so I am 44, was 43 when dx june2010 with t4 rectal tumour and a few positive nodes closeby, no spread. then had 6 weeks preop rad/chemo, 3 month break, op LAR, 4 week break, then 6 months folfox, 3 week break, then port out and reversal.
i have 2 folfox to go.
my surgeon wanted to wait for the rectal join to heal.
onc wanted to start folfox asap after op, but waited min 4 weeks. this was a push because I did not eat for 2 weeks after op, so I really only had two weeks of meals, nutrition before I started folfox.
so did heaps to make folfox chemo ride fun. I was told and believed that bag off at the end of folfox was best for me, so thats whats happening. also to minimise the bag off delay as I've got to retrain my bowel.
i hope this helps, the best book I have referred to and read was "anticancer"
goodluck and ask away,
Pete0
