hot water heater
I have a suggestion on the water heater that may save you some bucks. Our hot water heater leaked all over the floor a few months ago and we were broke so we asked for assistance from the church. They got us a plumber over to the house. I thought the hot water heater had died as the previous one was no good after a similar leak. The plumber only had to put in a valve. Ours is gas Water heater and was leaking form a safetey valve up at the top. He went down to Home depot and got the valve and installed it for a $40 house call. We did not need a new hot water heater as I had assumed we would need. Praying that at least this thing can be a simple fix for you.0 -
Even though you won't see
Even though you won't see this until Monday I am going to tell you that I have you in my prayers. It is certainly a when it rains it pours time for you. Sincerely hoping nothing serious is found with the endo and colonoscopy. I had mine done together and all was good. That is the most important thing. The suggestion to ask if there is someone at your church is a good one. My sister has had people from there help her and also co workers have given her help. My Den used to be the go to guy for any car, house problem but not so much now. Hoping you find relief from the household blues. Anxiously waiting for your Monday results.

I am new to the Board but glad you are back and letting us know how you are.Things sound rough but you will get through it.
I know what you mean about endoscopies. I get them alot with acid reflux and hard time swallowing.Doctors keep up with that.
I hope all the problems soon are taken care of.But most of all I hope your tests come out fine. Will be thinking of you.0 -

The door is always open
Pat,
I am so sorry that you are not responding to the medication as well.
And I am keeping my fingers crossed for your endoscopy and colonoscopy.
Don't worry about the house for now, you have more important things on
your plate. Take one bite at a time. I know it is easier said than done. Did
you talk to a social worker to see if there's any aid that you can take advantage of?
Hugs,
Ayse0
