Kathi,
I love animals, that sounds so much fun, a newborn calf, how cute!
Growing up we used to have a farm, so I know what those look
like.. Lol.
Enjoy your bike ride.
Hugs,
Ayse
It was so beautiful, biking along the river, the sun sparkling in the water, breeze to our backs....that we forgot all about the return trip....ROFL! It was against the wind (my beau has an electric-assist bike...lucky him!...I don't), and the sun was setting...brrr!
But, we made it...and had a GREAT time! Stopped at a small cafe along the bike lane and had a warm chocolate milk...mmmmmm!

And they are EVERYWHERE!!! The 'sneeuw klokjes' (snow bells) were first, and now the crocuses and the daffodils are budding, almost in bloom....YEA! It's Holland with it's spring coat of many colors!!!

It is lovely here...but because many days are cloudy, rainy, cold and gloomy this time of the year, the days of sun are VERY much celebrated!!! And, will all of the flowers coming up and the new animals being born...it just feels like a new year!!!missrenee said:Sounds so beautiful, Kathi

Where visitors park (!).....
These are crocuses, the second flowers to bloom. The first are snowbells, and next will be daffodils. The sides of the streets bloom with wild daffodils and crocuses...JUST lovely!!!
