Hi Glenna, I'm glad to hear your "no-news-is-good-news." Thanks for all your posts, and "wait and see" is not so bad. One thing this cranky disease has reminded me of is that we are all on a wait and see schedule, cancer or not. I try to cut my worry to one day before news as much as I can. One week out of three months is excellent though. Ever since my first PET/CT, I've been told there is an "abnormality" on my kidney. Has nothing to do with anything, but it's there. They watch it, it watches them. I try to stay out of it as much as possible and keep on going, like all us abbi-normals. Thanks for letting us know.
best, Hal
I know the feeling of bad news but don’t let it get you down just keep the positive faith my friend

Greg, when was the last time you washed that fish slime off of your body bro...
JG
Oh no John, is that what's causing Greg's itchy, twitchy feeling? I thought it was caused by his ability to see the future...not fish scales and slime - LOL
No matter what caused it I will continue to believe0 -

I guess everyone could say they are on a wait and see schedule, we all have to wait and see if we will wake up the next morning Sorry, just had to say that, it's my weird sense of humor kicking in.
Hope the abnormality on your kidney continues to be nothing to be concerned about.
Stay well,

I'm not looking at this as bad news yet, just something that my doctors will have to keep a close watch on. I know worrying won't change the results so I am spending my time enjoying each day. Three months is a long ways away and I won't let myself spend that time thinking about this, spring is just around the corner so I am thinking about all the outdoor activities and gardening I will be doing.
Yes, I am still in God's workshop, I know I wouldn't have made it this far without Him, my family and friends and especially all the caring people on CSN who I now consider my friends.
Stay well,

You are right the only good thing about having cancer, is having a lot more friends who are more like family.
God be with you.

"Still in God's workshop"
It is not my saying I used it from a lady who needed a heart transplant, She had the most faith I had ever seen in a person, and I always remember her saying I am still in God’s workshop.
All the best as we are all still in His workshop

LOL John, it would surely scare the crap out of me to see my name in the obits
Of course I'm weird, all of us in the Clan are, that's why we all fit together so well.
Have a wonderful weekend and catch some fish for your lovely wife's dinner.0 -

Normal???JUDYV5 said:Cool
I am glad you got good??, not bad news. I wouldn't look at it as 3 months to wait. I see it as three months to enjoy life. I grew up in a town called Normal. I have always seen myself as a little ab-normal. Always thinking about you. - Judy
Love it!!! What a name for a town not sure I would fit in though - LOL.
Actually Judy, I'm not looking at it, or thinking about it much at all. I'm putting it out of my mind until I get the call that they have scheduled my next scan. I know it could be caused by many things and I would only drive myself crazy trying to think of all the scenarios. The only thing I know definitely is that it's a lesion but the nodule doesn't look like the one I had in 2009 when I was diagnosed. I'm taking that as a good sign!!
I fully intend to spend my time enjoying life and living as healthy a lifestyle as I can. If it is something I know that I can kick its butt!!
Hope you are doing well and feeling much better.
Stay strong,

Keep up the positive thoughts
Hi Glenna:
I would say that was good news and is positive. You've been so good to give me encouraging words thru Charlie's ordeal and I just returned from 10 day vacation so just now checking in. Your in my prayers!

Kent, you wouldn't have wanted to see me for the first day after receiving this news - LOL. Fortunately I calmed myself down and stopped thinking of the negative and convinced myself that this would turn out positive...Positively good!!
