Feeling anxious and hungry
I do have some amazing kids and a wonderful husband though! Buzzard, I still plan on sending some love your way, this week has just been a bit hard for me.
Wishing you all peace and laughter.
Your fellow semi- colon

You will be fine
Just wish it all away. Tell yourself, I am healthy, and the cancer is gone!! Try not stress. I know that's tough but deep breaths. Find a place to maybe meditate or listen to music to get your mind off of it! Sending your wonderful vibes Christine!

Huggggs Christine!!
Awww.... I feel for you. Having a Colonoscopy and a CT scan all in the same week... is it any wonder you have a raging headache? Can you take anything for it... something a little stronger than an over the counter Tylenol?
I'm not sure where you are living but if you are on the West Coast, then in just over 2 hours the colonoscopy will be over... and I say, have hubby or someone take you to your favourite restaurant and order a nice big meal! I bet getting food in you will go a long way to solving the headache.
I think when we go in for things like colonoscopies and scans and blood tests... our imaginations go into super overdrive and think up all the worst possible scenerios. I'm not sure if they do that so that no matter what the tests/scans show, it is never as bad as what our imaginations thought up... so then we can relax and let out a big Phew!
You just knock those thoughts out of your head and dwell more on what favourite food you are going to get after the colonoscopy. And no matter what results you find out from this week, know that it's always best to know what your are dealing with so that your medical team can put together a kick-butt treatment plan.... which is way better than burying our heads in the sand and say we'll do the test/scans another day.
Hang in there, kiddo!
