I take valium when I feel one coming on....then I live on energy drinks to get me through the day when I am so lethargic I can barely move.
I hope you have a good physician or endocrinologist who has evaluated your blood tests, medications and practices carefully. You may want to have her/him address your switching between downers and uppers. You have a heavy load and anyone would be challenged by it. Intimate discussions with family and friends have been helpful to me.0 -
I have had the same thyroid
I have had the same thyroid issues as you and it has taken me a very long time to feel better. I work 10 hour days and some days I just didn't think I can make it. Although I am stull very tired I can report that I do feel better....As for the panic I would guess you might just have to many things going on in your life sweetie. I know it's easier said than done but you should take time for yourself. Sounds like you are going to have to get some rest!!!!!0 -

Yes I am sure there is too much going on in my life other than thyroid issues, but there isn't much I can do about it. I pretty much go to sleep after getting off work. I fix dinner and then I'm out. Since I have been working I haven't had much time to clean the house or care for my parents and son like I was doing before. My temp job ends at the end of April and financially it would be great to stay on (which is an option) but healthwise and caring for my father with Alzheimers, I think I will just stay home and try to find something part time. Thank you for your reply...:)
