Former Rad Girl made Good at appt.
My doctor is so warm and encouraging. She did do a breast exam and felt my scar tissue from my two lumpectomies. I see her in a years time. I will then, fly away from that nest and soar! Truth be told, I am already soaring-Yippee!
I have to share... while walking down the corridor I pictured a "Soul Train" line complete with disco ball hanging from the ceiling and my man Mr. Barry White playing in the background! This pic came to mind when my doctor told me the department is scheduled for a complete makeover. I didn't tell her what was swimming in my head, was too embarrassed. I can tell you though because after all... you are my dear Sisters in Pink!

...I'm sorry, Ines, that I'm a little late to this party, but am so glad your other Disco Sisters were there to boogie down that hallway with you.
