Did you hear that?

I heard back and my PET scan came back clear.
Now a new chapter opens in my life. Cancer made
me take a hard look at my life and the people in it.
I want to use this experience as a catalyst to live
a life that makes me feel whole. Now that I have
my priorities straight, something tells me I will
know just what to do.
Hugs,
Ayse

I just gave a deep sigh of relief that your Pet was good. And good to see that you are going to use this experience to move forward in a positive fashion. You are such a supportive person and can be a great influence on all you meet. Again, so happy the scan was good.

I am dancing for you, dearheart!!!!
And, if you remain sensitive to the world around you, in a good way, you can see the beautiful small things as well as the large ones....this morning, for instance, I am listening to birdsong out in my garden...it takes sitting still and listening, but I learned that from the tussles with the beast!!!!
BIG hugs, Kathi0 -

Congrats! Isn't it amazing how the small stuff stays small and the big stuff doesn't seem so big after all we've been through.

So thrilled for you, Ayse .. I double posted! Sorry0 -
Fantastic!!
What a great way to begin a period of renewal. For me, cancer has been a long process of learning to live with challenges, learning patience, and learning to care for myself. It hasn't always been fun, but I've grown up, that's for sure. I can honestly say I'm a more peaceful, accepting person now. Part of it is just getting older, but some of it is the aftermath of a cancer diganosis. Anyway, I'm sure you will find your way to living the life that makes you whole. Good luck!
