I usually come in and go right to Lung Cancer but I decided to look at some other headings to day. The one thing that I find in all the posts that appears to be unequivocal, CANCER SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are absolutely right!
Charlie,
So many of us on this site have said this so many times that "Cancer Sucks"! I would rather hear the "F" word than this dreaded Cancer. I have survived almost one year since I lost my husband on Mar. 25, 2010 from lung cancer. That was the most horrible day of my life when in January the doctor told him he had "CANCER". We were all shocked but never dreamed that in 2 months he would be gone from us forever.
I hope & pray that one day soon, they can come up with a cure for every type of this disease there is. Just went to the funeral yesterday of my hubby's niece who was only 54 and had suffered from Pancreatic cancer for almost 2 years.
Take care & hope you keep posting! 'Carole"0 -

cancer sucks
Hi Charlie,
I couldnt help but reconize the subject matter. First, let me preface my remarks but wholeheartedly agreeing with you that cancer sucks. That being a given, I have found a few things that i took for granted before and now i dont since being diagnosed. My personal relationships with my family and extended family members have become so much more to me, no longer taking them for granted. I found out things about me that i never looked at also, my fears and insecurites being the 2 main ones. So even if cancer sucks I am a bit grateful for it opening up my eyes to what i have, and what i didnt have. Hope this makes sense out of something so horrific.
Sincerly,
Joe0
