I hope I'm not violating any rules by posting this link but I read this and felt we all could use some inspiration and hope with all the heartbreaking news over the past few months. It certainly helped me. I thank Kathy36 for sharing it and hope she doesn't mind my posting it here.

Seventeen years with stage 4 today.

many hugs to all
jan

What an inspiring post. I don't see how you could be violating any rules in posting a message so positive and hopeful. We do need to hear more things like this--it keeps us going and fighting for that precious thing called life.

    Hugs, Renee

    let's see!!!!!
I'll be writing my survivor story in the year 2032 (or beyond). Eighty years old sounds like a good goal for me.lol By the way, when faced with this diagnosis, you gain a new appreciation for life and enjoy each and every day more than ever before! In some ways, it's less stressful because you don't get upset about the "little things" anymore. God bless.

thanks for sharing. It's been hard to stay positive with so much sadness going on. I think I really needed to read something uplifting today. Thanks.
