in Colorectal Cancer #1

Hello .. am new here and looking for asvice and support. Last CT, PET , colonoscopy and biospy test confirmed colorectal CA with 2 lympnods activated ..tumor is on the right side. Ocono suggest chemo right away then surgery after checks. CEA is 58 now slowly growing from 30 in Dec 2025. Any advice? Still this 'why me' in me ..am 59yrs
