Hi ladies - I am truly remiss in visiting more often here, but when I got the email today that this board was being discontinued soon, it made me panic - where will we go? How will I find you and know you're ok? If this has already been discussed and figured out, will someone include me in the "oldtimers" group? I pray that many, many of us are still here. I've been looking back at 2017 and forward to try to remember all the screen names. Of course I'm humbled and sad at how many we've lost, but praying that many are still around and would be interested in keeping in touch.

It is incredibly hard news, and I'm really dissatisfied and unhappy with it.

I'm considering starting a FB group for anyone in here who wants to join.

Yes very sad and distressing and I wonder what happens to all our data and history. You would think they would at least keep it for search and archive purposes. There are a number of FB groups that I looked at over the past 5 years but 1) even if private (and not all are) I worry about true privacy, 2) I believe now you can post anonymously or have a nickname , 3) but they also jgot overwhelming and I believe not limited to US so sometimes confusing. @Harmanygroves if you do start a group please post the link here before it shuts down. I would much prefer continuing with our group. Thanks.

I have started a group. THIS site will not let me share the URL, but if you friend me via book of the face, I will add you to the uterine cancer Cancer survivors network page I put together.

NOTE: This forum will not allow me to share a link to the FB group I've set up for all of us. So far, I've heard from a few of you. I've set up group rules, and joining questions. Please know that in about 24 hours, the group will go PRIVATE so you won't need to worry about "friends, family, and AI" going through your information and private concerns.

In my experience, I can easily add you to the group if you are a friend of mine on FB. Adding from email is also something I can do sometimes, but it doesn't always work. You are welcome to friend me if you like, and send me a private note. I am invested in our people here, and those of you who have been here a long time will be extremely helpful as we move forward.

One of our regulars has offered to help admin, and she has been wonderful.

And my name on social is Deb Harman. I'm in Oregon, and I have brown hair and a sky banner on my page.

Had a tech issue and some too-much-time involved issue with the group, so have deleted it at present time. Apologies all. I am doing the ACS volunteer work to help others there.
