Greenish fluid oozing after APR and it has been now six months

Then after 6 months in september 2025, there was reoccurrence and went for APR in september and since then the problem is that there has been greenish fluid continuously coming from the perianal space and its creating problem.
After doing MRI ( in january)and usg it shows Collection (abscess-like cavity) in perineal/anal region
• Size: ~9.3 × 3.7 × 3.2 cm
• Contains:
• Fluid + debris
But today that is in march the CEA level is 10.5 weight is constant 66 kg from last 4 months.
if there is any thing that we should do, please let us know and any possible help in terms of procedures we should go ahead with.
