Intimacy after treatment
Comments

My partner is feeling really discouraged about the changes in our relationship, especially around emotional and physical closeness. I’ve started counseling because I truly want things to get better and I know this is a meaningful part of our connection. My body and my needs have changed, and sometimes that’s hard for both of us to navigate. I just wish for a little more grace and compassion as we figure this out together. Can you tell me what kind of treatment you did?

Chemo and radiation take such a deep toll, and it’s really brave of you to name how surgery has affected intimacy too. Starting counseling is a powerful step healing isn’t just physical, and you deserve support for every part of you. You’re not alone in this, even when it feels incredibly isolating. One question why donot you try immunotherapy??
