Site history
does anyone know how this site was started and when?
I used to be part of a support group back in 2008 when my dad was diagnosed…it was called the EC cafe
Mark Wolgram started it it took it over
He was an inspiration and so helpful after he passed I believe his wife took it over for a while
I am wondering if this is the same site?

Hi Roxy1970,
Thanks for your interest in the American Cancer Society's Cancer Survivor's Network. CSN was created in the year 2000 by the American Cancer Society. It's an online community created by and for cancer survivors and their families (18 years of age or older) for the purpose of connecting with others like themselves, sharing practical information, and supporting one another. We have no record of your father's site, but wish you the best in your research.
Best,
Ken
