18 month post surgery update
I just wanted to share about good post Radical Prostatectomy surgical results. We often hear about the unfortunate post side effects and not enough when everything just goes well. I am doing terrific. I see my Doctor next month on a follow up. My PSA has been unmeasurable. I turn 73 this year. I have no incontinence and sexual activity is normal except the need for Viagra before and no semen expelled. Before surgery at 71 I still had not reached a need for ED drugs, so going as long as I did without the need according to my Doctor was very good as he said by 70 most had issues of some degree. I have complete penetration with firm erections . What I would describe my Volcano erupts with the same pleasure level but no lava comes out. Forty years ago while single those girls I went out with who did not like to swallow would have been happy .

lesjanes,
Through trial and error I have learned morning is absolutely best for my wife and I. I know Viagra says on an empty stomach, but in the evening even giving it three hours after eating before popping the pill then waiting 90 minutes or eating breakfast then waiting three hours I believe your stomach is not fully empty like in the morning. I just felt that with nocturnal erections being the standard, that in the morning with zero food, i pop the pill, 90 minutes later I am firmly erect with my wife.
